Not all anti aging reviews of products and even the anti-wrinkle products themselves are created equal in the eyes of consumers and experts.
On one hand, there are the top anti-wrinkle products that have been proven by clinical trials and actual customer experience to be the best in their categories.
On the other hand, there are the average products that provide for satisfactory results but can use a few improvements.
In the first part of this article, we discussed Consumer Reports best rated wrinkle cream products. The following four products have been rated as "Average" by Consumer Reports.
These products are still value for your money although there are more highly ranked antiaging skin products in the market. The most important factor is to determine which anti aging product will work for you!
6) L'Oreal Paris Dermo Expertise Wrinkle De-Crease With Boswelox Advanced Wrinkle Corrector and Dermo Smoother

If one can overlook the long product name, the L'Oreal Paris Dermo Expertise Wrinkle De-Crease can be easily applied on the skin. It is sufficiently lightweight as to glide on the skin, which can then be followed by the usual skincare regimen and makeup applications. Many customers even use it as a moisturizer although sunscreen must still be applied for added protection against ultraviolet rays.
When applied daily during the morning and evening, this L'Oreal cream can fill in the wrinkles and fine lines within 2 weeks of regular use. The skin then appears smoother with the plumped-up creases less visible to the eyes.
7) StriVectin-SD Intensive Concentrate for Existing Stretch Marks

The makers of StriVectin-SD Intensive Concentrate for Existing Stretch Marks claim that the cream can also be used to treat other skin conditions. Crow's feet, dark undereye circles, laugh lines and other facial wrinkles as well as skin discolorations can be visibly lessened.
The antiaging product must be applied on the affected area 3 times a day for at least 4-6 weeks before results can be seen. Ingredients include Palmitoyl Oligopeptide, Propylene Glycol, Glucosamine HCL, Glycerin, Retinyl Palmitate and Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate.
8) La Prairie Cellular
The anti aging reviews on the La Prairie Cellular product brand it as a luxury brand considering its price tag. It is manufactured by a Swiss company of the same name that advertises itself as a promoter of graceful ageing through specialized cellular treatments.

This particular product is part of a line of moisturizers formulated to maintain skin hydration and provide protection from free radical damage. Such results are made possible through ingredients like botanical and yeast extracts, vitamins and antioxidants as well as fatty acids. We must emphasize, however, that the results often vary greatly with many reporting less-than-satisfactory results given its expensive price.
9) RoC Retinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle
Take note that this is a different product from one of the top five anti-aging products rated by Consumer Reports - the RoC Retin-Ox. RoC Retinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle is rated last because of its less-than-average results in wrinkle prevention.

Most anti aging reviews of the product attest that it is just a basic moisturizer with insufficient amounts of retinol and antioxidants, two important ingredients in anti-wrinkle creams, to be even considered an anti-wrinkle cream product among the experts. Still, if the product works for the consumer, then it works.
Indeed, it is always best to read through consumer reviews before buying a product. At the very least, you will be alerted to the pros and cons of the product and, thus, become an informed consumer.
